Lolo Jones, the winner of both USA championships and the World championships in the event of hurdles, has reached her current place with much effort and an immense amount of perseverance. Jones was born into a single mother and had five children living suffering from poverty and hardships as a child, had an extremely challenging childhood. Her mother was constantly moving around as well as having lived in a basement church for a short duration. Jones was the winner of the 100-meter hurdles in the 2002 NCAA Track & Field Championship. Also, she participated on the team finishing second for 100-meter relay. Jones won both the indoor and outdoor hurdles during the NCAA Championship in 2003. Profession After finishing her education in 2005, Jones began training hard to pursue an athletic career in track. The same year, she won her first Torino Memorial event, and in the year 2206 she took home the Ostrava track race as well as the Heusden event for track.
Brandt moved out of Cape Town South Africa to Auckland New Zealand at the end of her teens. The talent of Brandt was recognized in Auckland by local casting director Brandt. She was cast in the part of Naevia in her role on the Starz show Spartacus Blood and Sand and Spartacus Gods of the Arena. Lesley Brandt, along with her whole family, moved from the United States to Auckland New Zealand back in 1999. In Auckland she began working in retail and later be promoted to the position of IT manager consultant. Lesley's first job was a couple of model projects. She then appeared in many commercial ads. She graduated in 2008 from her college and began studying Meisner techniques for studying. Lesley Brandt appeared in the New Zealand drama Shortland Street, as a visitor supporting part. Lesley Brandt appeared as Naevia a young hostage in the Television Series Spartacus: Blood and Sand. The character was shown in Spartacus: Gods of the Arena.
