Ksenia Solo
Ksenia is a Latvian Canadian actress. She is from a family of actors in Riga. She has received numerous Canadian prizes, such as three Gemini Awards, and was nominated for the first Canadian Screen Awards. Ksenia is the only Canadian actor to be awarded twice Gemini Awards in a row. Solo is a multi-faceted and skilled actress with a ballet background is well-known for her versatility. She is best known for playing the ambitious "Veronica," a leading rival to Natalie Portman's 'Nina' in the 5-time Oscar award-winning film Black Swan, manipulative and unstable 'Holly' in the film Pet, Dominic Monaghan in the psychological thriller Pet And the youthful and innocent 'Lucy' with Maria Bello in In Search of Fellini. Solo has been praised for her versatility in her roles in the world of television, most notably the role of Kenzi on Syfy's fantasy-noir series Lost Girl. She also was the socialite of real life Peggy Shippen and her husband in the upcoming historical drama by AMC the Page: Washington's Spies.
